经公司股东会决议，江苏屹权志建设工程有限公司（91320324MA7K8G3399）拟吸收合并宁夏联奥建筑设计有限公司（91640100MAC12HFQ59），吸收合并前江苏屹权志建设工程有限公司注册资本2000万元，宁夏联奥建筑设计有限公司注册资本800万元。吸收合并之后，宁夏联奥建筑设计有限公司注销，江苏屹权志建设工程有限公司存续，注册资本变更为2800万元。根据有关法律、法规的规定，宁夏联奥建筑设计有限公司的有关债权债务均由合并后的江苏屹权志建设工程有限公司承继。请以上公司债权人自接到通知书之日起三十日内，未接到通知书的自本次公告之日起四十五日内，可以要求原公司清偿债务或者提供相应的担保。公司债权人未在规定期限内行使上述权利的，公司合并将按照法定程序实施，特此公告。
